Some of the best planters we know are flat broke at the end of a season — all skill, no savings. Sponsorship gets them in anyway.

You front a planter's buy-in at zero percent. They pay it back over time, or work it off in sweat. You don't make a cent — that's the whole point. One person backing another, the way it worked before everything had interest attached to it.

This is a pledge, not a payment — nothing's charged here. It just tells us who's willing to back the crew, so we can put sponsors together with the planters who need a hand.

Run a planting outfit? A crew that's housed, healthy, and coming back every year is worth more than the cheque. Sponsoring your own people isn't charity — it's the smartest retention money you'll spend.
